A Private Proposal

An invitation, for you.

A house. A vision. A founding seat at the table.
Read slowly. This was written for you.

scroll

The Proposal

Hey there.

Here’s the proposal, written out clean so you can read it on your own time.

Short version: free room in the house, in exchange for a set amount of content per month. You keep 90% of your revenue (10% agency share to NA). You can leave any time.

You’d be the founding girl — the one we build everything else around. Every creator who moves in after you, you helped pick the bar for.

Full pitch below. Take your time with it.

— Stockton

If you read nothing else

The deal, in three lines.

1
You get a free room in a beautiful house in South Jordan, Utah — bed, mirror, light setup, chakra decor, anything you want for your room. Walk-in ready.
2
~$4,190/month in benefits on top — sauna 2×/wk, gym with your housemate, food + beauty + wardrobe cash, custom websites, group travel, e-bike, e-scooter, pro shoots. Your platform money: 90% yours (standard 10% agency share to NA).
3
Real work is ~15 hrs/month — most of that is hanging out. You can try it for a month with zero commitment, and a future housemate moves in next if it works.

Read time for the full proposal: ~12 minutes. Or skim to whatever section calls you using the dots on the right.

The Vision

A content house. Built right.

Not a chaotic LA mansion full of strangers screaming at each other for clicks. A quiet, beautiful house in Utah with the right girls, the right setups, and a real business behind it.

01

Private & clean

South Jordan suburbs. No neighbors filming you in the driveway. Discreet, residential, locked-down WiFi, the whole thing.

02

Built for creators

Multiple bedrooms = multiple sets. Natural light, a real backyard, a kitchen that photographs well, and rooms we’ll dial in over time for shoots.

03

A real business behind it

I run an agency — Naughty Alliance — with 33 signed models and a 600-video back catalog. This isn’t a guy with a rental and a dream. There’s infrastructure here.

04

You. First.

Every collective has a founding member who sets the tone. I want that to be you because the bar you set is the bar I want to hold everyone else to.

The House

South Jordan, Utah.

A real single-family home — not an apartment, not a studio. Quiet street. Modern finishes. The kind of place that photographs like a luxury Airbnb because, frankly, it kind of is.

Your Room

What you’d actually be getting.

On Top of the Room

Signing bonuses & ongoing perks.

The room is just the start. Some of this lands the day you move in. Some of it shows up every week. Some every month. All of it is in addition to free rent & utilities.

Ongoing · weekly & monthly

Sweathouz sauna — 2× a week

Two infrared sauna trips per week, paid for and driven to. One is with Stockton — the sauna-themed weekly scenes are recorded there. The other is with Stockton and our future housemate.

Referral bonus — 5% for 6 months

If you refer a girl who joins the house, you get 5% of her agency revenue for her first 6 months. Cash, paid monthly, on top of everything else.

$200/month — food money

Grocery / takeout allowance. Cash. No receipts, no questions.

VASA Fitness membership

$35/month covered — so you can go to the gym with your housemate whenever you both feel like it. Hot yoga, weights, classes, cardio — whatever you’re into.

$35/month — beauty products

Monthly cash for skincare, makeup, hair products, nails-at-home kits, whatever you need to keep glowing.

$30/month — Temu wardrobe credit

A monthly Temu credit for outfits, lingerie, costumes, shoot looks. Stretches further than you’d think.

Pro shoots · 2 per quarter

Two full pro photo/video shoots a quarter (8 a year) with partnered photographers our team lines up. Portfolio-grade, content-ready, completely covered.

Group vacations · every quarter

At least one group trip per quarter with the team — cool locations, content with the team, vibes you can’t shoot in Utah. Travel, hotel, food: all on the house.

One-time · signing bonuses on move-in

Your room, fully furnished & decorated

Walk in on day one and your room is already your room.

  • Brand new bed — full or queen, your call
  • A statement mirror you can shoot in
  • A real content-creator light setup — ring + soft fill + warm ambient
  • Chakra-aligned decor: crystals, salt lamp, sage, tapestries, candles, incense, the works
  • Anything from Stockton’s personal collection you want is yours for the asking

And the bigger version: anything else you want for your room — tell me, I get it. Plants, art, a record player, velvet armchair, singing bowl, tarot altar. Within reason, it’s yours, on me.

E-Bike — yours

Provided on move-in. Yours to ride around the neighborhood, get coffee, run errands, whatever. Kept at the house.

E-Scooter — yours

Same idea. Faster for short trips, easier to park. Yours.

Twice a Week, On Us

SweatHouz.

Two sessions every single week. One is the content sauna shoot with Stockton. The other is just you and your housemate — no cameras, no agenda, just decompression. Both are paid for, both are driven to, both happen in a beautiful private studio.

SweatHouz interior
Visit One

The content sweat · with Stockton

This is where the sauna-themed weekly scenes get filmed. Private booth, golden infrared light, you running the songs. Beautiful footage and a workout for your body at the same time.

Visit Two

The friend sweat · with your housemate

You + your housemate, decompressing — sauna, cold plunge, sometimes a smoothie after. Stockton’s there too and recording, but not for content specifically — this trip exists so you two can actually hang out and relax together. The kind of premium self-care that costs $40–$50 a session at retail, twice a week, on the house.

Infrared sauna and cold plunge

Infrared sauna + cold plunge. The full SweatHouz contrast-therapy ritual is part of your membership.

What it does to your body & mind

Skin that glows

Infrared heat dilates capillaries and pushes oxygen to the surface of your skin. Two sessions a week = the “just-got-a-facial” glow, on tap. Sweating clears pores from the inside out.

Deep nervous system reset

45 minutes in the sauna drops cortisol, raises endorphins, and shifts you out of fight-or-flight. The cold plunge after locks in the calm. Better mood, lower anxiety, real spiritual stillness.

Sleep like a child

The body cools down after sauna heat, which mimics the natural temperature drop that triggers melatonin. Most people report their deepest sleep on sauna nights.

Real detox — through sweat

Heavy metals, microplastics, environmental toxins — the body stores them in fat, and sweat is one of the only ways out. Studies show measurable heavy-metal output in deep-infrared sweat.

Heart health, quietly

A sauna session raises your heart rate the way a moderate jog does — without the joint impact. Long-term users have measurably lower blood pressure and better cardiovascular markers.

Faster muscle recovery

Heat shock proteins repair muscle tissue and reduce DOMS (delayed-onset soreness). If you do anything physical — yoga, pilates, hiking, lifting, dancing — recovery is twice as fast.

Cold plunge afterglow

The plunge after the sauna spikes dopamine ~250% and noradrenaline ~530% — numbers that hold for hours. Energy, focus, mood elevation that no coffee touches.

Hormetic resilience

Heat + cold are both controlled stressors. Doing them on a schedule trains your body to handle bigger stressors more gracefully — physically, mentally, and (yes) spiritually.

Spiritual reset

Heat + breath + silence is one of the oldest practices on earth — Finnish, Native American sweat lodges, Russian banyas. You’re not just exercising. You’re entering a ritual older than every religion.

2 visits a week · ~8 visits per month

$40–$50 per session at retail · ~$320–$400 per month in real value · $0 out of your pocket

Examples of what we build

Your Monthly Load, Broken Down

The work, in plain English.

Before the side-by-side chart, here’s exactly what “what you give” actually looks like — every piece, in plain language. Every “song” below means a real song of your choosing, minimum 2:30 in length, that you queue up and run the scene to.

Every day

Solo content · yours, your platforms

  • Pick one option per day:
  • · 3 solo videos, at least 90 seconds each
  • · OR 4 solo videos, at least 65 seconds each
  • Format: mirror, shower, POV, lingerie, fully nude, just-teasing — anything you’d normally post.
  • Production note: hit the quota, send everything to Stockton, post on your own schedule. Every video gets sent to Stockton regardless of whether you post it — we’ll be posting them too. NA takes a flat 10% of any revenue these clips generate on your platforms; the rest is yours.
Weekly: ~30 minutes of recorded content
Monthly: ~2 hours of recorded content
Every week

Scenes with Stockton · song-based

  • 15 different scenes, each recorded once a week.
  • One song per scene — you pick the song, any artist, any genre, minimum 2:30 long.
  • The scene runs the length of the song. The song is the timer.
  • 15 scenes = a full menu of variety (oral, penetrative positions, hand, toys, POV, anal, finishes, etc. — see the quota page for the complete list).
Weekly: 15 scenes × ~3 min = ~45 minutes
Monthly: ~60 scenes = ~3 hours
Every week

Live cam shift · on our ManyVids stream

  • 1 cam shift per week. 1–2 hours live.
  • Streamed on Naughty Alliance’s ManyVids channel — helps grow our shared audience.
  • You keep 100% of tips and private-show revenue from your shifts. That part is yours, period.
  • You choose the day / time within reason.
  • Outfit and vibe are your call. Hard limits still apply.
Weekly: 1 shift × 1–2 hrs = ~1.5 hrs live
Monthly: ~4 shifts = ~6 hours live
(your tips, your money — we just provide the platform & audience)
Every month

G/G shoots · with other girls

  • At least 2 shoots per month.
  • ~2 hours per shoot — minimum. Most of that is hangout / party time. Only a small fraction is actual recording.
  • Can be 1-on-1, or multi-girl group scenes — either counts.
  • Format is half & half: half are longer hangout / party scenes (bonding, no specific act required); the other half are song-length scenes for specific sex acts (one song per scene, min 2:30).
  • We line up the co-stars from the agency’s 33-model roster, or you pick.
  • Co-star veto: 1 per month. One veto per month if a girl doesn’t feel right; after that, the booking stands.
Time on site: 2 shoots × ~2 hrs = ~4 hrs / month
Recording time: tiny fraction of that — most is hangout
(no ceiling — do more if it’s fun)
Once, ever

Ray meeting · move-in week only

  • One 45-minute meeting with Ray during your first 7 days.
  • Ray sets the agenda; your hard limits still apply.
  • Not recorded. Not part of content quota.
  • Never again. No monthly Ray, no recurring obligation. Future Ray meetings are entirely optional and entirely your private side hustle.
Total commitment: 45 minutes · once · done forever

Add it all up: ~5 hours of recorded content per month, plus ~6 hours of live cam time (your tips, your money), plus ~4 hours of G/G hangout time (mostly fun, only a fraction is filming), plus 45 minutes once during move-in week. That’s the whole list.

The Math That Matters

Here’s the part no one shows you.

Take a breath. Read these slowly. Because once you see the math like this, the whole proposal stops looking like a job — and starts looking like a framework for the life you’d want anyway.

3% of your awake time spent actually filming ~15 hrs work / ~480 hrs awake monthly
$279 per hour of work, in benefits alone $4,190/mo ÷ ~15 hrs/mo
(before a dollar of your platform money)
$0 out of your pocket on rent, food, fitness, beauty, travel, web Every recurring expense covered.

For perspective.

Entry-level LA job
(barista, retail, restaurant)
$20/hr × 160 hrs
= $3,200/mo gross
Cherry Grove
(your actual deal)
~$4,190/mo in benefits
+ 90% of your platform money on top
· ~15 hrs of “work”

And you still have your full 24-hour days to live your actual life.

What the “work” actually is.

Look at this list. Cross out anything you wouldn’t have done with your time anyway.

Sauna 2× a week You’d be doing that for self-care.
Gym w/ housemate You’d be doing that anyway.
Pro shoots quarterly You’d be paying for those yourself.
Group travel You’d be planning trips yourself.
Beauty + wardrobe spend You’d be spending your own money.
Content creation You’re already making it.

The only new work is showing up on schedule.

Everything else, you were going to do anyway.

Run your own numbers.

Drag the slider to your current monthly platform income (OF, Fansly, MV, cam, whatever). The math fills in automatically.

$2,000
Your current monthly total $2,000
At Cherry Grove $6,640 +$4,190/mo in benefits

Your platform money is 90% yours (10% agency share to NA). The $4,190 in benefits sits on top of whatever you earn. Slide it to zero and you still walk away with $4,190/month.

This isn’t a job in the way you’ve experienced jobs before.

It’s a setup around the life you were already going to want to live.

And it’s just waiting for you to say yes.

A Typical Tuesday

So you can picture it.

Here’s what an average day actually looks like once you’re moved in. Notice how little of it is “work” in the way you’d normally use that word.

9:00 AM
Wake up. Coffee. Stretch. Maybe pull a card. Your own pace.
10:00 AM
Get ready. Hair, skin, light makeup. This is glam time — you’d be doing this anyway.
11:00 AM
Solo content. 15–30 min of recording in your room. Daily quota done before noon. ~30 min · work
11:30 AM
Brunch with your housemate at the spot down the street. Or a smoothie at home, hanging in the kitchen.
12:30 PM
Sweathouz session. Sauna + cold plunge with Stockton and your housemate. Two of these per week. Half work, half self-care, all paid for. ~1 hr · self-care/work
2:30 PM
Your time. Read, work on your book, paint, drive, hang out, journal, plan your next site with the studio.
5:00 PM
Scene with Stockton. A few songs of recorded content for the day’s share of the weekly quota. ~10 min · work
6:00 PM
Dinner. With the team, with your housemate, or solo.
8:00 PM
Movie night, friends, or your own platforms. Yours.
11:00 PM
Wind down. Sleep.

Total “work” in this day: ~40 minutes.

The rest is the life you want to live anyway — paid for, structured, with people who like you.

No Strings

Try it for a month. That’s it.

If you’re reading all of this and the only thing in the way is “what if I hate it?” — this is for you.

The Trial Month
  • Come for 30 days. Move in, run the routine, see if it fits your actual life.
  • Every benefit is on day one. Free room, sauna trips, allowances, sites, e-bike, e-scooter, everything — it’s all live from the moment you walk in the door.
  • Every quota is paused for the trial. You shoot what feels natural to you, on your existing cadence. We collect real data on whether it works, not whether you can grind under pressure.
  • You can leave any time. Day 3, day 17, day 30. No notice required. No drama, no penalty, no “you owe us anything.”
  • If you’re in at day 30, the full deal kicks on. Quotas start, the math from earlier in this proposal becomes real, the next housemate moving in becomes the next step.

The trial month is the lowest-risk version of this offer you’ll ever get. It exists because I believe in the deal enough to eat 30 days of expenses just to let you see it for yourself.

The Math

Work for benefit, side by side.

Every month in one frame. What you give versus what you get. Numbers rounded, but real.

The Deal

Simple terms. No tricks.

I’m going to write this out plain because I respect you too much to bury anything.

You give: A daily, weekly, and monthly content schedule.
Daily solo videos (~30 min/wk) + 15 weekly scenes with Stockton (~45 min/wk) + 1 weekly live cam shift (~6 hrs/mo, your tips) + 2 G/G shoots per month (~4 hrs/mo, mostly social) + a one-time 45-min meeting with Ray during move-in week. Everything broken down on its own page so you can read it cold and decide.

See the full quota breakdown →
You get: Free room. Free rent. Free utilities. Free internet.
$1,200–$1,400/month in housing value, plus $200/mo food cash, plus sauna, plus VASA gym + beauty + Temu wardrobe, plus Web Studio, plus quarterly pro shoots, plus quarterly group travel, plus the referral bonus when it fires. Total recurring benefits: ~$4,190/month, every month, paid by me.
You keep: 90% of your existing revenue.
I do not take a cut of your OnlyFans, your Fansly, your Manyvids, your tips, your custom orders — nothing. That’s yours. Period.
You can leave: Any time. No notice required.
Walk out the door whenever you want. The one catch — if you ever want to come back, you owe the full quota for every day you were gone before you can resume. The deal stays open-ended, but the work doesn’t disappear just because you stepped away.

Everything above gets put in writing in a clean one-page agreement before you move a single box. Nothing verbal, nothing assumed.

The Vibe You’re Stepping Into

The Plan

How this grows.

Phase 1 · Now

You move in.

You take the best room. We get your setup right — lighting, backdrop, anything you’ve been wanting but haven’t bought yet. You shoot, you live, you set the tone.

Phase 2 · 60–90 days

Your housemate moves in.

Assuming month one lands well, a future housemate joins you in the house as an in-house G/G partner. Cross-promo kicks in, house revenue starts compounding, and you stop shooting with strangers.

Phase 3 · Year 1+

Full house.

Every room filled with a creator we both signed off on. House brand launched. Multi-girl shoots when you feel like it, never when you don’t. Real money, real footprint.

Phase 4 · Year 2+

Second house.

Different city. Same model. You get equity-of-voice in who leads it because you ran the first one. That’s what founding member means.

Who You’re Doing This With

The house team.

Three people you’d actually be living and working with. Read the room before you read the contract.

S

Stockton

House founder · Agency lead · Your scene partner

Runs Naughty Alliance (33 signed models, 600-video catalog) and Cherry Grove. The person you talk to about anything. Direct, organized, doesn’t play games. Also your scene partner for the weekly recorded content.

?

Future Housemate

Roommate · G/G partner · Friend

The next girl in the house if month one lands. Sauna partner twice a week, gym partner at VASA, friend on purpose. The kind of housemate who actually roots for you, not the kind who competes with you.

R

Ray

House owner · Off-site, mostly

Owns the property. One 45-minute meeting during move-in week, then you don’t see him on any kind of schedule. Anything beyond that one meeting is your call, your terms, your pay rate.

Questions You’re Probably Asking

FAQ.

Tap any question to expand. Real answers, no spin.

What if I get sick or hit my period during a shoot week?

Quota slides within the same week without question. Cramps days, sick days, low-energy days — we move things around. The quota is a monthly target with weekly flex, not a daily punch clock.

What if I just don’t feel like shooting one day?

Same answer. Slide it. The schedule respects how you actually feel. Hit the monthly numbers, and the day-to-day cadence is yours.

Can I have overnight guests?

Not without Ray’s or Stockton’s permission first. The house is a private working environment with content security, other residents, and a shared schedule — surprise overnights don’t work for any of that. Ask one of us, and we’ll almost always say yes; just don’t skip the step.

What about my existing OnlyFans / Fansly / Manyvids?

You keep them. You keep 90% of the revenue — a flat 10% goes to NA as a standard agency share (well under the 20–30% most agencies charge). Every shot also gets sent to Stockton so we can sell through our channels (different audience, different platform).

Can I still date / see people outside the house?

Yes. Your personal life is yours. The only thing we ask is the visitor rule (24-hour notice for overnight guests, for privacy + content security).

Will my family / friends in LA know what I’m doing?

Only if you tell them. Cherry Grove is private (this site is password-gated). Your content branding stays under your control. We help with face-blur or anonymous scenes if you want them.

What happens if I want to leave?

Walk out the door any time. No notice required. The catch is only this: if you ever want to come back, you owe the quota for the days you were gone before you can resume.

Who pays for STI testing?

The house. Standard for the agency — monthly panels covered. your housemate, Stockton, and any G/G co-star are on the same schedule.

What if a co-star doesn’t feel right?

You get one veto per month. Use it when something’s off — we don’t book her. After the first veto in a month, the booking stands, so it’s a one-strike-feels-right kind of thing.

What’s the catch?

The catch is the schedule. The work itself is light (~15 hrs/month), but it has to actually happen. Show up, ship the content, send it to Stockton, take the trip with the team. The catch is just consistency.

Your Privacy, Your Safety

The Future Housemate Promise

If this works, you won’t live alone for long.

The part of the pitch that’s about more than just you. Read it like a friend telling you something true.

The whole point of bringing the first girl in is that we want it to work for the people who follow. If month one goes the way we think it will — content hitting, you happy, the math adding up — the next housemate moves in next.

She becomes your roommate. The girl you walk into the kitchen and see making coffee in the morning. The girl you share a backyard with. And on the content side, she becomes your in-house G/G partner — not a stranger who flew in for a shoot, but a real friend you create with.

We want to be honest about the “if.” This isn’t a soft maybe. The deal has to actually work first — numbers, rhythm, vibes. If month one is messy, the next housemate waiting in the wings gives both of us a reason to fix it instead of bail.

But if we get there — and we think we will — she’s the next yes. Not a hire. Not a recruit. A friend, on purpose, in your house, on your team.

Why You

Why this offer found you.

We don’t pitch this to everyone. You’re reading this because someone on the team thought you’d be a fit — that you handle yourself online without drama, that you don’t need to be managed (you need to be supported), and that the version of your career we’re building actually meets the version of your life you want to be living.

A creator house is only as good as the girls in it. Every yes we offer is a yes we’d be proud to walk through the door with. You’re one of those yeses.

That’s why this letter is for you.

The Ask

So — what do you think?

You don’t need to answer today. Sleep on it. Tour the house. Bring a friend. Ask me anything.

Whatever you decide — I’m glad you read this. The offer stands either way.

— S.
